Liability Company in the State of Texas on June 19, 2003
by two principal partners: Richard Hooper and Sean
O'Reilly. Exify's office is at 8140 Burnet Road, Suite

Richard Hooper, PhD, PE - Dr. Hooper
has earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
from Rice University, a Master's degree in Biomedical
Engineering from the University of Texas and a PhD in
Robotics from the University of Texas. He tested for the
Professional Engineer's license in Mechanical
Engineering. A former principal engineer at Eaton
corporation, Dr. Hooper now works as a
technical consultant in motion control and
as a robotics

Sean O'Reilly - Mr. O'Reilly earned a bachelor's degree
from Rice University in Business Management. He has over
twenty years experience in business management, marketing and
sales. He also has extensive experience in the energy and gas
trading businesses. Mr. O'Reilly is the Director of Sales and
Marketing at Exify.
